OUR GUARANTEE

If our tenants fail to pay the rent within twelve months of the approval date we will pay up to $750 in lost rent, court cost and attorney's fees.

The landlord must follow Rent Protectors eviction guidelines. We will purchase the judgement after it is awarded by the courts. Maximum payment is the lesser of $750 or face value of said judgement less any deposits not applied. No awards for physical damage(s) apply.

This guarantee is not valid where prohibited or restricted by any local state or federal law. Properties in the US only.
